How Big Are Eagles?

Many people talk about size, so you may have wondered how huge eagles really are. It is

challenging to determine an average eagle size because it differs on the species. They

may grow to a height of 40 inches, a weight of 20 pounds, and wingspans of up to 8 feet.

Although not the largest bird of prey, the eagle is unquestionably one of the largest bird

species still living today. Some species' wingspans are as tall as the

tallest athletes, while those of other species may reach 2.5 meters or more.
