How Fast Can an Elephant Run?

According to some estimations, an elephant can run at a top speed of 25

mph (or 40 km/h). However, the majority of elephants are more likely to

reach 15 mph (25 km/h) when jogging. Even yet, that is rather remarkable

given that the largest elephants may weigh up to 14,000 lbs (6,350 kg)! Elephants'

greatest speeds, however, are debatable. The precise speed at which

an elephant can run has not yet been determined by any conclusive tests.
