How much water will you require for your walk?

Drinking when you're thirsty will help you walk more efficiently at a moderate pace. You need to have

access to enough fluids during long-distance training or competitions since your body is under a lot of stress. 

Make sure you have enough water before you run out. To make sure you will have fluids available to you when

your body indicates that it's time to hydrate, it might be a good idea to carry a hydration pack. If you are

exercising in intense heat and have not yet adapted to it, or if you are walking in chilly weather, keep in mind that your thirst mechanism may

be impaired. You might need to plan your hydration in these circumstances rather than only relying on your thirst.
