Why do birds sometimes come on your head?

A bird may chose to rest on your silky hair if it wants to locate a location to rest while

flying and lands on your head. Additionally, the bird may land on your head, flap

its wings, and screech at you if you enter its area or go too close to its young. As a sign

of affection, the bird may also lick you, peck on you, or play in your hair; this

may also indicate that it is linked to you. When working with birds, you

need to practice excellent hygiene because they might get you ill.
